Both Jupiter and Zeus are powerful gods of the Roman and Greek mythologies respectively. They both are considered to be the same god in different time and cultures, though they have their slight difference in powers, weapons and appearances. |
Wolf is a carnivorous mammal belonging to the canine family. They are known for their howl. On the other hand, werewolf is a fictitious humanoid character who can transform into a wolf at night. |
Ghoul and Zombie are both popular fictional characters. The main difference between the two is that zombies are undead corpses that feast on human flesh, whereas ghouls are demon like creatures who also feast on human flesh. |

Hoodoo is a set of magical practices, while Voodoo is a form of established religion. Hoodoo was developed to allow people to use supernatural forces in order to improve or better their daily lives. Voodoo is a more established, structured religion that is followed in Haiti and places heavily populated by Haitians. |
Fairy tales are stories that do not always include fairies. Fairy tales have been divided into two different categories, one Disney’s fairy tales and the second Grimm’s Fairy Tales. Folk tales are tales that have no particular origin or author and these tales have been passed down orally in cultures and tradition, before they were eventually written down. |
Originally there was no difference, however over time wizards have come to play the role of guardians or advisers and are often portrayed as wielding great powers. Sorcerers, also have great powers, but are often portrayed as using those powers as evil or to help evil for personal profit. |
