A wart is a rough growth that appears most commonly on the hands and fingers or on the soles of the feet. They can also appear on the other parts of the body like face, arms or legs and sometimes grow in the genital or anal area. They may be large and small in a size. Warts are sometimes interlinked with pimple because their appearance is in red color, but they are usually white and grey colored. A wart is usually visible. They can be very painful when it gets infected and inflamed. Otherwise, warts are usually painless.
Pimples are the common form of acne. These are bumps that are pink to slightly red in color. They have a soft white surface that is filled with oil and fluid. They are caused due to ruptures in clogged pores. Due to this, bacterial growth inside the pores causes inflammation and the white fluid reaches to the surface. Pimples are mainly categorized into papules and pustules. Papules are the regular sized pimples, whereas pustules refer to larger, swollen and engorged pimples. It is comparatively easy to treat papules than pustules, for pustules, prescription only products must be preferred.
