No they are not. Pretty is pretty, it has to be dressed up and made up. Gorgeous and beautiful on the other hand needs no make up and needs no dressing up. Beautiful is rolling out of bed and looking attractive with that messed up hair. There is a big difference between pretty and gorgeous/ beautiful
